A CMA shows qualified homes in the area and will help us reach your “listing price.” Once we establish your listing price, we’ll discuss parts of the home that may need updates or suggested improvements to help sell your home quickly.
Next, a professional Vanderbilt Realty “For Sale” sign will be put in your front yard’s best viewing spot. All the information on your home will be entered in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), allowing thousands of Realtors in the Triangle to access your home’s listing information and make it a top showing priority.
We will have full usage of the Centralized Showing Service (CSS) in the Triangle. This gives us multiple options on setting up your home’s showing instructions — all to make this as easy and stress-free as possible. If you prefer to have a lock box on your home with specific times allowed for showings, CSS makes it possible.
From here, we will personally deliver all offers and inquires to you, the Seller. Together, we will negotiate with the buyer and put your home under contract.
